Our shipping policy is designed to be transparent, customer centric, and aligned with best practices in e-commerce logistics. 1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship exclusively within South Africa. Orders can be delivered to residential addresses, business locations, and PO Boxes where courier services are available. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Fees

Fees or surcharges for deliveries within South Africa depend on the quantity of items you have bought and the period within which you want to receive your products.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders placed on our website are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders received over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday or festive seasons), processing may take up to 3 business days due to increased demand

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Major Cities (e.g., Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban): 3–4 business days

  • Other Areas: 4–5 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–7 business days

5. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

  • A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will follow once your order is shipped.

  • You can track your package in real-time using the provided link.

6. Delivery Requirements

For secure delivery:

  • Someone must be present at the address to sign for and receive the package.

  • If unavailable, the courier will leave a collection notice.

  • Packages not collected within the specified timeframe may be returned to us; return shipping fees may apply if due to incorrect address details provided by the customer

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

7. Incorrect Address Policy

If you realize you have entered an incorrect address:

  • Contact us immediately at support@nobusinesshub.co.za or Call/WhatsApp           +27 71 973 1174

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we can update the address.

  • If already shipped, redirection may not be possible; any return shipping fees due to incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost in Transit: Contact us promptly so we can work with our courier partners to locate your package or send a replacement.

  • Damaged During Shipping: Take photos of damaged packaging/products and email them within 48 hours of delivery; we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Stolen After Delivery: We cannot be held responsible for packages stolen after successful delivery; please use a secure delivery address.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

To change or cancel an order:

  • Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Once processed and shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be refused upon delivery for a refund (see our Return Policy).

10. Customs & Duties

As we only ship domestically within South Africa, there are no customs fees or import duties applicable.

Your beauty products are packaged with care:

  • Fragile items are bubble-wrapped and secured in sturdy boxes.

  • Discreet packaging ensures privacy.
